Ingredients

  • 2 whole branzino (cleaned and scaled)

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin Greek olive oil

  • 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)

  • 2 tbsp Baba's Village Blend

  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed

  • Fresh dill

  • Fresh parsley

  • Sea salt (optional)

  • Fresh cracked pepper

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pat the fish completely dry.

  3. Score each side 2–3 times.

  4. Rub inside and outside with olive oil.

  5. Season generously with Baba's Village Blend.

  6. Stuff the cavity with:

    • lemon slices

    • garlic

    • dill

    • parsley

  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  8. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.

  9. Bake 25–30 minutes until the flesh flakes easily.

  10. Finish with another drizzle of Greek olive oil and fresh lemon.
